Trevor brings comprehensive experience in the long-term care industry to this role, beginning his career as a Nursing Assistant and advancing to roles such as Executive Director of Assisted Living facilities and Nursing Home Administrator. He has a B.A. in Business Administration with a Certificate in Long-Term Care Administration.
He has also built successful companies across various industries, but his passion for people and dedication to senior care inspired him to establish Healthcare SOS.
Trevor believes that trust and communication form the foundation of any relationship and that a company thrives when its members work collaboratively. At Healthcare SOS, employees are the heart and soul of the organization, and Trevor is committed to being a leader who is always available to listen and address their comments and concerns.

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in the long-term care field, where she has excelled in various roles including Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), Director of Nursing (DON), Staff Development, and Clinical Compliance. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and is a Registered Nurse, as well as a Licensed Assisted Living Director.
Jessica’s journey in nursing began with a simple desire: to brighten people's days, even when they were at their lowest. She found fulfillment in making her patients smile or laugh, knowing that for a moment, their focus shifted from their pain or illness. As she transitioned into management roles, Jessica discovered she had the same passion for her staff. Recognizing that nursing is often challenging and underappreciated, she believes that taking care of the staff leads to a happier, more effective team, and ultimately, better care for patients.
Jessica is committed to fostering a work environment where people feel valued and can enjoy their work, finding moments of joy and laughter amidst the challenges. Her dedication to creating a positive impact is what drew her to Healthcare SOS, where she is excited to contribute to a supportive and uplifting healthcare community.
